Position Type: Managerial
Location: Mexico City

Job Overview: Lead the design coordination and integration of enterprise Citizenship communications strategy to position P&G and its brands as a force for growth and a force for good.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring communications strategies based on citizenship reputation drivers to life by maximizing the impact of content and ensuring the right -lead end-to-end strategies of social marketing for Brands & Customers as needed.

  • Ensure P&G Mexicos donations programs are compliant and under stewardship guidelines.

  • Relationship Management to leverage superior internal and external stakeholder engagement to nurture citizenship pillars.

  • Lead United Way and other NGOs plans/programs to timely boost engagement and impact.

  • Develop annual Citizenship internal/external communication assets drumbeat and storytelling.

  • Lead social engagement strategies community management and compelling content that influences opinion and drives Citizenship thought leadership.

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations Media Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Corporate Social Responsibility (Citizenship) Knowledge: Understanding of principles strategies and best practices to effectively develop and manage citizenship initiatives.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders including non-profits community organizations and internal teams to collaborate on citizenship efforts.

  • Project and Program Management: Skills in planning executing and monitoring communication projects ensuring they are compliant and on time.

  • Content Creation: Proficiency in writing and editing various types of content including press releases articles social media posts and internal communications.

Soft Skills:

  • Effective Communication: Ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively both in writing and verbally tailoring messages for different audiences.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and stakeholders for effective collaboration and influence enhancing the companys visibility.

  • Time Management: Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in crisis management and emergency communications.

  • Knowledge of media analysis tools and impact metrics.

  • Skills in digital marketing and social media management
