Job Summary

General Summary: responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness by developing new processes analyzing data and solving production problems. Key duties include creating and updating work instructions and process documentation collaborating with cross-functional teams managing process improvement projects ensuring safety and environmental compliance and supporting the introduction of new products and automated equipment.
How you will help us Connect the world
- Process optimization:Continuously improve current manufacturing processes and develop new ones to enhance efficiency quality and yield while reducing costs and waste.
- Documentation and procedures:Create and maintain process flow charts work instructions and other technical documentation related to process changes or new products.
- Problem-solving:Analyze process data to identify root causes of problems and provide technical assistance to manufacturing to resolve issues related to safety quality cost and delivery.
- Project management:Lead and manage projects aimed at improving productivity and reducing downtime including validating project results and preparing reports.
- Collaboration:Work closely with design engineers automation engineers and production staff to support new product introductions implement engineering changes and ensure smooth integration of new processes and equipment.
- Compliance and safety:Ensure all processes and procedures adhere to health safety and environmental policies
Required qulaification for consideration.
Qualification:
- Bachelors in related curriculum such as Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of experience .
- Diploma with specialization Electronics & Communications or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 7-8 years of experience.
Skills Required:
- Should have in-depth knowledge on Fiber Optic processes.
- Able to find root cause the provide solution for Fiber connector termination related processes using Quality tools
- Should understand the BOM structure and capable of reading the product drawings
- Should have knowledge on Manufacturing working environment
- Include demonstrated competencies and physical mental & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with personnel of various levels and disciplines.
- Ability to regularly contact influence and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issue.
