Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the S&OP process analyzes and provides relevant input to forecasts monitors the same for results and ongoing changes.
Develop and monitor weekly/monthly capacity planning.
Develop and implement programs to maximize schedule flexibility while minimizing DIO and meeting customer-request delivery plans. Support assigned accounts on critical expedited requests.
Material plan and coordination for projects for new project launch and mass production update forecast to the supplier and monitor safety stock at the suppliers side. Hold regular meetings with the strategy supplier.
Monitor plant & supplier OTD and initiate corrective actions relating to delayed schedules and material shortages.
Analyzes and defines a suitable IC RM MOH rate.
Control and minimize obsolete inventory according to company and management guidelines.
Ability to drive a continuous improvement project including all related areas by identifying opportunities streamlining processes (internal & external)
Play an active role in the plant transfer & localization project work with cross cross-functional team to implement raw material & supplier transfer smoothly for cost & lead time reduction.
Maintenance Item parameter keep improving logic and process in Oracle ASCP to shorten lead time.
Completes other projects as assigned by the manager.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Education Qualification:

Bachelors degree or above in related majors

Technical Competence & Skills:

Team cooperation spirit; able to work under pressure.
Problem-solving skills with PDCAetc.

Relevant Experience:

5 years of working experience as a plant planner familiar with plant operation MNC preferred.
Strong office Software skills required ERP system (Oracle preferred).
Data skills Automation (BI dashboard analysis skills) are a plus
Proficient in ISO9000 quality system and familiar with process audit

Others (% of travel language etc.):

Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
