Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our Chicago team. This role plays a key part in representing our brand on the retail floor ensuring a premium customer experience and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented professional and motivated to contribute to a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a high level of customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience
Assist customers with product information inquiries and purchasing decisions
Maintain store organization cleanliness and visual standards
Support daily retail operations including inventory handling and stock replenishment
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and performance standards
