As the senior leader at Sulzer GT Aero youll inspire and steer our turbine services business blending entrepreneurial spirit with global best practices. You will hold full P&L responsibility for the legal entity along with complete control of workshop operations field services ESH quality and order execution.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- P&L Ownership & Growth: Lead the Aberdeen entity shape financial strategy and seize opportunities for market expansion.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee workshop repairs overhauls and field service ensuring rapid turnaround and quality excellence.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold ISO standards lead audits and champion a safety-first culture.
- Customer Engagement: Deepen client relationships act decisively on escalations and deliver tailored turbine solutions worldwide.
- Strategic & People Leadership: Develop strategic initiatives cross-functional collaboration and nurture talent to build a high-performing team.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Proven leadership in industrial services or repair and overhaul environments.
- Financially savvy with strong P&L accountability and commercial insight.
- Knowledgeable in ISO frameworks and operational compliance.
- Client-centric with a proven track record in delivering excellence.
- Someone who owns it empowers teams and fosters innovation and continuous improvement.
