Overview
We are seeking a full-time remote Insurance Processor to support our high-volume workflow by reviewing validating and routing incoming insurance documentation. This role requires exceptional accuracy strong technical proficiency and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced structured environment. Candidates should be highly detail-oriented adaptable and comfortable navigating multiple internal systems throughout the workday.
Most Important Requirements for Candidate Submission
* Recent experience at least six months performing data entry in a high-volume accuracy-driven environment
* Experience must be within the last year ideally in the most recent role
Position Summary
The Insurance Processor is responsible for analyzing a large volume of incoming documentation validating data captured through automated tools and ensuring accurate routing to the correct operational teams. The work involves consistent use of internal applications multi-screen navigation and close adherence to established processes. The role is essential to maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency requiring exceptional focus and strong retention of training material.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and analyze incoming documents using internal applications to accurately classify and route information
* Validate OCR-extracted data and manually correct or input missing or inaccurate details
* Maintain high accuracy and speed while managing a steady workflow of documents
* Use Microsoft Teams and Outlook to communicate updates and remain aligned with team expectations
* Reference process materials in OneNote and other knowledge tools to ensure compliance with procedures
* Adapt quickly to new systems applications and evolving processes
* Apply keyboard shortcuts and maintain strong typing speed to optimize productivity
* Identify document inconsistencies and escalate items to support overall data quality
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams Outlook and Excel
* Fast accurate typing skills with strong knowledge of keyboard shortcuts
* Ability to learn and retain complex processes procedures and system navigation
* Experience performing data entry in a high-volume accuracy-focused environment
* Familiarity with document management systems and OCR tools is preferred
* Ability to recognize document patterns troubleshoot inconsistencies and maintain data integrity
* Experience navigating multiple screens and performing document classification is highly beneficial
