We are seeking a Product Development Manager to lead innovation and optimization within our Flavor Solutions Division. This role will oversee product development activities collaborate with Quality Assurance and partner with customers to deliver high-quality seasoning and flavor solutions.
Location: Campinas SP Brazil
Work Mode: On-site
Schedule: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development projects and promotional activities with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design processes specifications and test parameters
- Drive cost reduction product optimization and pilot testing of new processes
- Mentor and train staff while staying ahead of market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Food or Chemical Engineering (Masters preferred)
- Experience in product development within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of sensory evaluation technical formulation and legal food requirements
- Fluent English proficiency (100%)
- Project management and budget handling skills
- Excellent communication teamwork and leadership skills
This role directly influences product innovation cost efficiency and customer satisfaction ensuring our Flavor Solutions Division remains competitive and aligned with industry standards.
