Position Team Lead - QA
Exp- 12-15 Years
Education- BE
Location- Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5-10 QA engineers ensure good coverage of tests on each release ensure teams skill gaps are closed periodically
- Prepare and present test plans covering functional and non-functional requirements
- Prepare various types of test cases with clear steps expected behavior and realistic test data by participating in requirement / grooming discussions
- Define roadmap measure and increase auto test coverage
- Automate manual steps in release process with DevOps engineer
- Engage with stakeholders to identify record assess severity simulate and root cause the defects
- Manage quality KPIs (e.g. bug slippage regressions) by taking corrective & preventive actions to bring them within the thresholds
- Present test coverage reports as requirement by the projects / process
- Must have experience in Industrial Automation domain.
Must have skills:
- 12 to 15 years in industrial automation software domain with minimum 5 years as QA team lead
- Expert in Test case management and Auto test tools (Robot or Cypress any of the test frameworks like Mocha Python Selenium) CI/CD know how (anyone of - Jenkins Git actions Circle CI)
