Our current client a Bulgarian start-up BPO company which just starts operations with their first long-term and full-time iGaming project. On their behalf we are currently looking for an experienced Windows Server Administrator who would be willing to join and help them grow on a local and global level. Key Responsibilities:

Install configure and maintain Windows Server operating systems (2016/2019/2022);
Manage Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policy;
Administer file servers print servers and other core infrastructure services;
Monitor system performance and apply updates patches and security fixes;
Ensure system security data integrity and reliable backup/recovery operations;
Participate in planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects;
Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation;
Respond to incidents and troubleshoot server and network-related issues;
Liaise with third-party vendors and licensing providers when necessary.

Requirements:

University degree in Information Technology or a related field;
Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience as a Windows Server Administrator;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022);
In-depth understanding of Active Directory Group Policy DNS DHCP DFS;
Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server and/or Microsoft 365 is a plus;
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V VMware) is an advantage;
Experience with backup and disaster recovery tools (e.g. Veeam Windows Backup);
Working level of English (technical documentation and professional communication).
