What are your responsibilities

Communication with a diverse set of stakeholders both internal and externalâ

Insightful client reporting that relays online activity within our Data Intelligence practiceâ

Reputation management (with a focus on crisis communications and risk) work both proactive- and reactivelyâ

Support with new business efforts with Data Intelligence researchââ

Coordinate with client-facing teams to track and troubleshoot needs as they arise.ââ

Assistance with ad-hoc asks whether from clients or internally occasionally including support on nights or weekendsâ

Other duties as assigned

What Type of Qualities and Qualifications Should I Have

Abachelorsdegree from an accredited four-year university or collegeâ

Aninterestinextracting insights from media monitoring and/or reporting

A genuine commitment to learning personal growth and professional developmentâ

A hard-working entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to grow learn and work including on clients crisis needs at potentially odd hoursâ

Excellent communication skills both verbal and writtenâ

Ability to think on your feet and takeappropriate actionâ

Problem-solving skills. You develop own and improve processâ

The USA base salary range for this position is$50000 - $60000.Our salary rangesaredeterminedby job and level. Within the range individual compensationisdeterminedby job-related skills and knowledge relevant experience including professional and lived experience and/or work location.
