Job Summary

DEPARTMENT PURPOSE: Pipeline Growth & Readiness exists to create a wide and deep pool of highly engaged donors to programs and units across OSU by helping donors discover their philanthropic passions and implementing strategic tactics and partnerships to aid donors in realizing their full philanthropic potential.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position supports Pipeline Growth & Readiness by assisting with logistical and supervisory support in the Cowboy Caller Engagement Cetner as well as general logistical support for the Pipeline Growth & Readiness Team.


KEY AREAS OF FOCUS:
Support University Programs Team-

  • Provide administrative support for the Engagement Center Associate.
  • Review caller statistics calling reports shift statistics to share trends with Engagement Center Associate.
  • Provide support for student supervisors running evening shifts.
  • Develop robust skills in technology troubleshooting and prospect support in working within calling software and CRM systems.
  • Provide strategic support for programming and events related to Engagement Center efforts.
  • Develop compelling training materials for new hire onboarding.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Cowboys United Giving Tuesday Give Orange and other small campaigns within the Engagement Center.
  • Provide general logistical support for the larger PGR team as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.



JOB COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:
Education & Certifications-

  • Current full-time enrollment in a bachelors or graduate degree program


Experience-

  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills with basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Driven to collaborate and service-minded.
  • Available 15-20 hours pers week Monday through Friday and occasional weekend shifts each month. Priority will be given to those available to work 5-9pm Monday-Thursday.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must use a computer terminal and view a computer screen for extended periods of time. Must talk in person or by phone (frequently and sometimes for extended periods) to people on campus and across the country. Must constantly use visual acuity to check printed and designed materials of various types. Must be able to navigate within the OSU Foundation. Typical office working conditions.
