Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect acquire and grow relationships with new and existing clients in sectors such as manufacturing retail and industrial goods.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial outreach and solution design to negotiation and onboarding specializing in air and ocean freight.
- Partner closely with operations customer service and compliance teams to ensure service excellence and rapid issue resolution.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to tailor value-added logistics solutions that drive retention and wallet share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Logistics Supply Chain or a related field.
- Minimum 5- 7 years of B2B sales experience in freight forwarding with proven success in air and ocean freight.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales planning.
