About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position based in Porto Portugal ideal for local candidates. You will handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products services and general support via multiple communication channels (email chat and phone).
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
- Document and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (native or near-native level).
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Availability to work flexible and rotative shifts.
- Residing in Porto or nearby areas.
