This role strengthens the creative engine behind the companys performance marketing efforts. It ensures a steady flow of compelling high-converting ad concepts that align with audience psychology and telehealth compliance.
Outcomes to own:
First 90 days:
Become familiar with the brand creative workflow and performance marketing approach.
Produce clear creative angles and short scripts that follow compliance guidelines.
Build a smooth working rhythm with the Ukraine-based editing team.
Six months:
Maintain a consistent pipeline of high-quality video concepts ready for testing.
Independently identify audience insights and performance drivers that shape new creative ideas.
Deliver scripts and briefs that help editors produce assets with minimal revisions.
Twelve months:
Contribute to a scalable creative strategy that improves efficiency and creative diversity over time.
Help shape long-term creative direction across campaigns.
Develop systems that streamline collaboration ideation and output quality.
What you will do:
Develop creative angles hooks and short-form video scripts for paid social campaigns.
Coordinate with the Ukraine-based editing team to ensure smooth production and on-time delivery.
Research audience insights competitor creative trends and performance patterns to guide concepts.
Review video drafts and provide clear actionable feedback to strengthen messaging and impact.
Maintain a steady flow of new concepts and variations for ongoing testing cycles.
Ensure all scripts and creative directions follow telehealth and platform compliance requirements.
KPIs and Guardrails:
Primary KPIs:
Quality and clarity of creative concepts and scripts
Timeliness of deliverables and collaboration with editors
Effectiveness of creative output in supporting performance marketing goals
Guardrails:
Must have experience:
Background in DTC performance marketing and creative strategy
Experience developing ad scripts angles and concepts for paid social
Understanding of audience psychology and performance-driven messaging
Ability to work with and guide a remote video editing team
Portfolio showcasing performance-oriented video ads or creative strategy work
Nice to have:
Experience in telehealth or regulated industries
Familiarity with creating briefs for multilingual or internationally distributed teams
Comfort experimenting with AI-powered creative tools
Tool Stack:

Working Model:
