The Role
We are hiring a Creative Lead to own creative strategy and execution across fashion destination weddings and luxury travel content.
This is a senior ownership role not a support function.
You will set the creative direction make decisions independently and execute at speed shaping how destinations experiences and brands are visually positioned to both consumers and industry partners.
Minimal supervision. Real authority. High expectations.
What You Will Own
Creative strategy across:
End-to-end execution of video motion photography and mixed-media content
Visual storytelling across social editorial campaigns web and partner assets
Brand standards quality control and creative governance
Leadership of freelancers agencies or internal contributors when required

Requirements
Required Experience
7 years in creative or multimedia leadership roles
Background in luxury fashion destination travel hospitality weddings or lifestyle
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop)
Video-first motion-led storytelling expertise
Strong understanding of hotel resort and destination-led content
