Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist customers with product selection order processing and problem resolution.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services to offer accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO voice support experience
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer navigation and troubleshooting skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Can start immediately if possible
