Order Processing and Client Care Representative
The Order Processing and Client Care Representative is a service-oriented professional responsible for ensuring accurate order management delivering high-quality customer support and fostering strong client relationships. DAILY DELIVERABLES
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using data entry tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Deliver exceptional customer service across phone email and other communication channels.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on orders gather feedback confirm details or resolve client issues.
Assist customers with inquiries related to order status product details billing and account information.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions order transactions and follow-up activities.
Adhere to professional communication standards phone etiquette and company service guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize order workflows streamline processes and improve overall client satisfaction.
Identify potential issues or delays and proactively coordinate solutions to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor system updates product changes and service policies to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in customer support order processing client services or call center roles (preferred).
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal; multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and general computer applications.
Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and strong typing speed.
Experience in outbound calling order follow-ups and call center operations is desirable.
Ability to assess customer needs troubleshoot concerns and provide effective solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
