IT Planning and Execution Management Analyst

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Drive best practices in communication and change management creation planning distribution distribution and processes for the Enterprise IT organization.
• Support the development and execution of change management plans and communication frameworks aligned with project objectives.
• Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments and facilitate alignment across business units to identify change risks and mitigation strategies.
• Track change-related metrics and report on progress and effectiveness recommending enhancements to processes and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain project communication plans ensuring consistency and timeliness acrossorganizational standards.
• Collaborate with training teams to create user guides job aids and learning sessions.
• Create clear engaging communication materials such as announcements FAQs training content and leadership updates.
• Utilize diverse communication channels including email campaigns presentations videos internal social media and self-help articles to reach a global audience.
• Support Process Excellence Strategy Planning and IT Business Management initiatives.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in communications Business JournalismMarketing Information TechnologyTechnical WritingOrganizational Development or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in change management communications or organization change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting organizational or technology change initiatives.
• Ability to work with technical subject matter experts and translate information for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with multiple communication channels including video web and internal social media.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and cloud storage tools.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Skilled presenter comfortable speaking live or on camera is a plus.
• Experience with process or journey mapping is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Visio and Power BI or willingness to learn.
