Job Title: Program Specialist-Operations Contingent Workforce and Vendor Programs

Overview

The ProgramSpecialistwillbe responsible fordriving operational excellence across the companys contingent workforce and vendor programs. This role will ensure smooth daily operations process consistency and data-driven decision-making across vendor partnerships the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and contingent worker lifecycle management. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and operational skills with an ability to improve systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the contingent workforce program ensuringtimelyonboarding offboarding and compliance with policies and procedures.

• Serve as a primary operational liaison between internal stakeholders staffing vendors and the PEO to ensure seamless worker engagement and issue resolution.

• Maintain program documentation process maps and standard operating procedures.

• Support data accuracy reporting and analytics to drive program visibility performance insights and compliance monitoring.

• Partner with HR Talent Acquisition Finance and Procurement teams to streamline workflows standardize policies and ensure consistent experiences across all engagements.

• Oversee vendor invoicing purchase order tracking and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and budget adherence.

• Assistin vendor performance reviews by collecting metrics and operational feedback.

• Contribute to system enhancements including vendor management systems (VMS) and internal HR tools.

• Monitor regulatory and policy compliance across all contingent workforce operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Operations HR ora relatedfield.

• 5 years of experience in program operations HR operations or vendor management.

• Working knowledge of contingent labor models PEO arrangements and workforce compliance.

• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.

• Proficiencyin VMS tools data systems and reporting platforms.

• Excellent organizational communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting multi-country or large-scale workforce programs.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and operational initiatives
