Your role as a Customer Expert:

Communicate with customers via phone & email

Help with package deliveries pickups tracking & billing questions

Support customers with basic technical/logistics issues

Find solutions and ensure a great customer experience

Learn international customer support standards through full paid training

What you need:

Fluent Italian (written & spoken)

Good English

Positive attitude communication skills & willingness to learn
