Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Start Dates: Multiple openings in January & February
Work Setup: On-site or Remote (location-dependent)
Schedule: 40 hours/week 8-hour rotating shifts

About the Role
We are looking for Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join international teams supporting global brands. You will assist customers via phone email and chat ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer support in Spanish through phone email and chat

Resolve product/service inquiries and technical issues

Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication

Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines

Collaborate with team members to solve customer concerns

Keep accurate notes of customer interactions
Requirements

Fluency in Spanish (C1/C2)

Good level of English (B1)

Customer-oriented mindset
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
