This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Global Media Campaign Specialist in Madrid with Signify.
As a Global Media Campaign Specialist youll be responsible for working within the Global Media Hub team and our external global paid media agency ensuring that we strive for high-quality traffic from paid channels to drive sales. You will work with other digital marketing operations experts such as CRO SEO web specialists CRM campaign specialists and insights managers.
You will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and sales across this role you will support media planning execution and optimization to ensure impactful brand and performance campaigns for our consumer brands.
Were looking for a motivated detail-oriented professional eager to contribute to global media strategies and drive brand growth.
Responsible toco-creating designing and executing thepaid campaign strategy based on campaign objectives and targeted audiences in collaboration with the Global Media Campaign Manager and rest of the Global Media Hub.
Support on budget strategy and channel allocation ensuring alignment among marketsagency and leadership team. Ensure correct campaign KPIs and targets are set and correct tagging is in place.
Work with Local Markets to optimize central strategy and translate/localize to market needs.
Ensure Consistency in Media Deployment: Work closely with regional teams to align brand messaging and media strategies across all -create toolkits & playbooks to be deployed to markets.
Co-create the brief with the Media Campaign Manager and coordinate with extended teams to ensure the paid media brief isin line with requirements guidelines and best practices.
Manage Campaign Tracking and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance gather insights and support the optimization of media investments.
In collaboration with Marketing Insights & Performance and the Global media agency collaborate on reviewing campaign performance and ensure previous campaign learnings and insights are applied to future campaign planning.
Coordinate with Agencies and Internal Teams: Facilitate smooth collaboration between global marketing media agencies and local market teams.
Support in defining A/B tests andits execution optimization and improvement.
Stay Updated on Media Trends: Keep track of industry developments and emerging media opportunities to continuously improve strategies.
More about you

5-7 years of paid media experience. Focus on digital performance marketing.
Degree in marketing communications or business.
Language required: English (fluent written and spoken - B2 to C1).
Full funnel strategy and media planning experience ideally in a global or multi-market role.
Experience developing operating analyzing & optimizing digital paid media campaigns.
Detail-oriented and comfortable managing campaign data performance metrics and reporting. Deep analytical skills.
The ability to clearly articulate and defend media recommendations and results to team members and management aligned with agreed campaign objectives & KPIs.
Hands-on use of all digital paid media platforms & channels (search programmatics social email marketing...) including the relevant ad tech platforms.
Knowledge of paid media formats per channel (specifications & use cases).
Full understanding of integrated marketing experience and the role digital plays in consumer journeys.
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across teams and markets.
Proactive eager to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment.
Google SEA certifications Meta TikTok & Pinterest Certifications Adobe Analytics experience are a plus.
