SUMMARY:
The T-6 COMBS Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) / Technical Directive (TD) / Time Change Interval (TCI) Analyst supports the enterprise-wide management of mandated technical directives modifications inspections and time change requirements across all T-6 Contractor Operated and Maintained Base Supply (COMBS) program locations. This position is responsible for tracking documenting scheduling and reporting TCTO TD and TCI compliance actions to ensure all aircraft engine and support equipment requirements are completed within established timelines.
The Analyst works at the Program Management Office (PMO) level and reports directly to the TCTO/TD/TCI Lead. The role requires close coordination with Maintenance Control Supply Chain Engineering/Configuration Management Quality Assurance and Site Leadership to support timely execution of directives and material readiness. The Analyst ensures accurate data entry maintains compliance records assists with forecasting and provides status reporting to program leadership and customer representatives.
JOB DUTIES:
- Track monitor and update the status of all TCTOs TDs and TCIs across T-6 aircraft engines and support equipment at all COMBS sites.
- Maintain accurate data in maintenance and supply systems spreadsheets logs or dashboards to ensure real-time compliance visibility.
Track due dates intervals and compliance deadlines to prevent overdue directives or time change items.
Assist in scheduling compliance actions with Site Supervisors Maintenance Control Production Control and Supply personnel.
Coordinate with COMBS Supply Procurement and Warehouse teams to verify parts kits and materials availability prior to scheduled compliance events.
Assist with forecasting upcoming TCTO/TD/TCI requirements and identifying material needs in advance.
Maintain libraries databases and digital repositories of current technical orders service bulletins and technical directives.
Ensure technical directives and time change items are properly entered into maintenance management and configuration tracking systems.
Prepare compliance status reports dashboards and metrics for the TCTO/TD/TCI Manager PMO leadership Quality Assurance and customer review.
Document completed directives and update configuration records in maintenance tracking systems.
Identify and report discrepancies missing data or documentation errors to the TCTO/TD/TCI Manager.
Coordinate with COMBS Supply personnel on part requisitions backorders or shipment status related to compliance actions.
Assist in resolving data issues researching part history and validating directive applicability.
Support internal and external program audits inspections and quality/compliance reviews.
Provide administrative and clerical support related to directive compliance and lifecycle tracking.
Perform other duties as assigned to support program objectives and aircraft readiness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
- Aviation maintenance technical data supply/logistics or maintenance planning experience preferred.
- Experience with maintenance or supply systems (e.g. NALCOMIS OOMA IMDS or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in a military or contractor aviation environment preferred.
- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic aviation maintenance processes inspection standards or technical directives (preferred).
- Understanding of time change intervals lifecycle tracking or compliance monitoring (preferred).
- Knowledge of aviation supply chain or logistics processes (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical data service bulletins and maintenance documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and ability to learn maintenance or supply software systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance supply engineering quality and program personnel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive program data.
