Job Summary
Performs patient care under the direction of the RN to include administering treatments and procedures clerical function stocking and cleaning.
Licenses and Certifications Required -ND CNA certification or ND EMR certification or ND EMT or NREMT or ND Paramedic or NRP is required upon hire. If NREMT or NRP must be eligible for ND licensure and license must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
CPR certification required within orientation period
Educational Requirements -High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience Requirements - EMT/EMR/CNA/Paramedic experience preferred
Special Skills or Training Requirements
Knowledge of medical terminology desired Communication skills numerical ability clerical perception visual and hearing acuity interpersonal skills
