Location: Minneapolis

Job type: Full time

Schedule: Standard Daytime hours Monday-Friday

Total Compensation Range: $20.00 $25.00

*The exact amount of base wage may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

What Youll Do

We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Services Specialist to provide administrative support for all markets and departments including oversight of routine and advanced duties for corporate teams phone answering/routing event support document preparation/maintenance coordinating supply orders and other various tasks.

You will

• Answer phone calls and direct calls throughout the organization.
• Greet associates guests and customers entering the corporate office and communicate with appropriate parties via phone email and Microsoft TEAMs.
• Order office supplies and business cards and code corporate invoices for payment.
• Own event coordination including lunch orders hotel reservations food truck arrangements large meeting preparations and associate social activities.
• Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate local and corporate vendors such as cleaners and vending machine services.

What You Bring

Requirements:

• Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum two years of customer facing office experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows Microsoft Excel Word Outlook internet navigation and Adobe.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
