As a Market Development Specialist you drive business growth by identifying new opportunities providing clinical support and expanding the channel partner network and engaging with key hospital stakeholders including surgeons procurement teams and operating room staff.

What youll do
- Provide clinical education demonstrations and skills training to internal and external stakeholders. Includes live virtual and written presentations/training.
- Communicates disseminates and trains internally and externally on key elements of all evidence generated on company products and solutions as well as on key competitor products and clinical aspects of related therapy areas.
- Build support and strengthen relationships with existing channel partner; work closely under guidance of key account manager to onboard new partners in untapped or high-potential territories.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals surgical centres other surgical segments and partnerships by supporting channel partners and promoting relevant product lines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for surgical consumables through both channel partners and direct key hospitals engagement.
- Monitor competitor activity market and pricing trends and feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads channel partner performance and pipeline using CRM and internal reporting tools.
- Represent the company at trade shows medical conferences CMEs and channel partner and customer events to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies industry regulations and ethical standards including pricing documentation and customer interaction.
- Work closely with internal teams including logistics finance customer service and marketing to ensure timely delivery smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

What youll need
- Diploma or degree clinical or medical background a strong advantage.
- 3-5 years sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry (hospital operating room ICU) and familiar with the acute segment.
- Hands-on experience with surgical or medical equipment including the ability to demonstrate and train healthcare professionals.
- In-depth understanding of medical device products clinical applications and related healthcare regulations.
- A solid understanding of clinical procedures and the use of medical devices in various specialties.
- Strong understanding of surgical products and hospital buying behavior.
- Prior experience working with dealers/distributors in the medical industry is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical and Independent.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong industry and clinical network preferred.
- Experience in presenting in group settings.
- Experience with Microsoft office Word Excel and PowerPoint.
