Job Description
A reputable healthcare system in New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join one of its critical access hospitals in Western New this role you will provide high-quality patient-centered care in the Medical/Surgical Unit working closely with patients families and an interdisciplinary care team.
About the Role
As a Med/Surg RN you will assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care for patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Youll build meaningful therapeutic relationships exercise strong clinical judgment and support patients throughout their hospital stay and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct patient history-taking and physical assessments; interpret findings and plan appropriate interventions.
- Document all care provided and monitor progress toward clinical goals.
- Educate patients and families about the plan of care and post-discharge needs.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active RN license
