Janitorial Site Supervisor Peoria IL
Schedule: MonFri 1:00 PM9:30 PM
Starting Pay: $20/hr
ESS Clean Inc. is looking for a dependable Site Supervisor to lead evening cleaning operations and ensure a safe spotless facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and hands-on cleaning (buffing floors carpet cleaning autoscrubber use)
- Supervise train and support a cleaning team
- Maintain supply closets and equipment
- Communicate with the Area Manager customer contacts and team members
- Step in to assist with cleaning as needed
- Promote a safe organized high-standard worksite
Requirements
- Professional detail-oriented and reliable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning; able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working independently during evening hours
Preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Custodial supervision or commercial cleaning experience
- Knowledge of safety protocols and MSDS
