Job Title: Customer Service Membership (PT Temporary)

Location: SEMI Milpitas Office

Status: Part-Time Temporary

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (SF Bay Area candidates only)

Reports to: Director of Membership

This position is a temporary part-time non-exempt role- 20 hours per week and reports to the Director of Membership. This position will be based out of Milpitas CA office.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Customer Service Membership Representative to assist with the Renewal of annual membership Retention & Recruitment (3Rs) of SEMI members. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with existing members while assisting in recruiting new members and addressing any membership-related inquiries.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reach out to existing expired members

Respond to Incoming member interest forms

Set appointments for Director of Membership presentations to non-member companies that have attended recent SEMI Events

Conduct check-in calls on near future expiring members.

Meet required number of member contact attempts to contact per shift

SKILLS PREFERED:

Great customer service skills

Strong communications skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft office & Outlook- (experience using Teams a plus)
