Job Summary
The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for leading large enterprise-wide programs with multiple interconnected projects. Oversees program integrity coordination and risk management to ensure the successful delivery of business objectives. Key duties include:
- Developing and maintaining program environments and timelines
- Managing interdependencies across projects and teams
- Driving performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs
- Serving as primary liaison for communication and data sharing
- Coordinating activities among quality IT analytics and evidence-based practice teams
- Providing project management expertise resource planning and issue escalation
- Supporting strategic change initiatives and benefit realization
Requires strong leadership strategic planning and collaboration skills to deliver projects within scope time and budget.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelors Degree is required. Preferably inBusiness Accounting Finance Health Care Management or associated field of study.
- 8-10 years experience working in a decision support or financial analysis position with responsibility in a healthcare provider environment
- 3 years experience maintaining updating and loading EPIC contracts
- Required to have completed training and certification in these EPIC application modules Resolute Hospital Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts Administration Resolute Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts.

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
