We are searching for a full-time fixed-term Community and Marketing Administrator.

About this role Mō tēnei tūranga mahi

In the role of Community and Marketing Administrator you will be responsible for promoting our Financial Capability Home Ownership Programme to our Pasifika learners community groups and providers. This role is 18-months fixed-term.

You will support prospective learners and Pasifika families from initial enquiry through to confirmed enrolment ensuring a positive and culturally responsive customer experience throughout the process. A core part of this role includes coordinating household reports for each cohort and supporting programme administration.

Working closely with the Facilitator/Marketing Navigator lecturers learners and other stakeholders this role requires someone who is proactive efficient and highly organised.

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Providing potential learners with accurate and timely programme information
  • Support the enrolment process including collecting required documents and processing applications
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to achieve enrolment targets
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of marketing and recruitment activities to support cohort and household targets
  • Deliver high quality relationship management
  • Promote the home ownership programme across community networks and channels
  • Coordinate and administer reporting data across all cohorts

  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging with diverse and Pasifika communities
  • Proven experience in marketing and/or working within a community focused environment
  • Demonstrated administration and reporting experience
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work
