As aSenior Software Engineeryou will develop core product functionality improve AI agent capabilities work closely with the ML team and help bring new AI features to production.

What Youll Work On

Extend the agents capabilities and add new product features to improve user experience - from clarifying task requirements to working with final results.
Improve collaboration between the agent and human experts evolving hybrid workflows and balancing quality and speed.
Contribute to our agent infrastructure: tools environments internal knowledge and third-party integrations.
Design and implement observability metrics for agent quality and overall system reliability.
Develop and maintain production services inPython.

Qualifications

4 yearsof experience as asoftware engineer.
Strongproduct development experience: building features and business logic in production systems.
Interest in and readiness to work closely with AI models and agents.

Preferred but not required

Experience using and integrating AI models and agents: integration prompting tooling automated workflows etc.
Full-stack background:
Backend: comfortable extending backends written in Java (Spring) when you need to adjust agent-backend protocol or aggregate agent results long term.
Frontend: comfortable building UIs to display structured agent outputs. Our frontend is written in TypeScript (React).
Technical leadership experience: coordinating cross-functional development and delivering complex product features end-to-end.
