We have an exciting opportunity at nbn as the Service Availability Manager reporting to the Senior Manager Service Availability Corporate.
A bit about your role
The Service Availability Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence resilience and partner satisfaction across nbns Interfacing Platform Services and related commercial obligations.
The role supports program delivery for Customer Delivery teams partners and field services prioritizing resources to meet business and customer needs.
It involves directing skilled individuals to execute initiatives using effective Lean-Agile practices.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate will have experience in IT management partner engagement and leading large cross-functional teams.
They should demonstrate expertise in alternative delivery approaches vendor and stakeholder management and ITIL practices.
Strong communication skills are essential for explaining IT infrastructure and influencing senior stakeholders.
Additionally the role requires advanced leadership abilities strategic advisory experience in telecoms and IT and solid knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
