Were looking for a dynamic Customer Service superstar to support advertisers using our clients social media advertising products.
What Youll Do
From day one youll actively look for ways to boost our service and make the user experience even better!
Manage end-to-end product troubleshooting and offer high-quality support for advertising tools mainly via email and chat.
Take ownership of every query and collaborate with in-house Product Operations & Engineering teams to solve technical general and product-related issues.
Keep customers informed by providing clear timely updates and ensuring top-tier satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Meet and exceed service level goals across all channels working efficiently to reduce resolution times and deliver Best in Class performance.
Work closely with technical specialists to help advertisers understand product features and common challenges.
What Were Looking For
Proficiency in English / German / French / Italian / Arabic / Spanish / Portuguese and good level of English both written and spoken
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns (mandatory!)
A degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience in Digital Marketing
Background in a Contact Centre or service role within an AdTech environment
Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising
A service-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to shine both independently and as part of a team
