Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm CET
The role
In this role you will play a key part in ensuring accurate booking of PSP (Payment Service Provider) transactions supporting reconciliations and contributing to smooth month-end and year-end close processes. You will gain hands-on experience in PSP operations while collaborating with PSP Accountants the Reconciliation team and other Finance functions in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor PSP accounts and ensure timely booking of transactions (settlements fees balances).
Assist PSP Accountants with reconciliations and exception handling.
Support PSP team in investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain accurate transaction records and follow internal Finance controls.
Escalate unusual or complex items to senior team members.
Contribute to month-end close by preparing PSP-related entries and reconciliations.
What You Bring
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel PowerBI is a plus
Experience: Internship or up to 2 years of experience in an accounting role is preferred.
Key Competencies: Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
