Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Specialist to join our this role you will apply your strong technical background in hardware and software support to manage IT infrastructure and user devices. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced 24/7 environment collaborating with cross-functional teams and resolving technical issues efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining a reliable and high-performing IT ecosystem that supports the organizations success.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee streaming equipment and critical infrastructure using monitoring tools to ensure continuous high-quality service.
Manage incoming IT support requests and maintain key systems such as encoders dealer modules access points and switches.
Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to test new applications and ensure proper network and system functionality.
Ensure operational continuity of encoders and media servers for smooth broadcasting resolving issues promptly.
Troubleshoot technical problems with the operations team performing repairs or equipment replacements as needed.
Maintain workstation configurations user access and internal procedures while resolving incidents within SLA standards.
Manage IT inventory update asset records assign equipment conduct audits and coordinate with external suppliers with minimal business disruption.
Support the improvement of IT infrastructure perform hardware and software maintenance and safeguard information security.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish (C1) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware and software support within a technical environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems including Active Directory administration.
Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation configuration and troubleshooting.
Proven experience with Wi-Fi networks and network management.
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Flexibility to work various shifts within a 24/7 operation.
Nice to have: Relevant IT certifications and experience with streaming or broadcasting equipment.
