Overview
A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking a performance and portfolio analytics professional to support its expanding Private Credit platform. This individual will work cross-functionally with Investment Teams Portfolio Management Investor Relations Finance and Operations to deliver high-quality analytics reporting and track record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance key performance and portfolio metrics across Private Credit strategies.
- Conduct portfolio- and strategy-level analyses for internal use LP requests and prospect due diligence.
- Prepare and manage the firms Private Credit track record; ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting.
- Support recurring and ad-hoc LP consultant and diligence requests.
- Uphold data integrity across internal systems workflows and databases; identify areas for process improvement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 5 years in performance measurement portfolio analytics or investment reporting.
- Private credit experience required including familiarity with credit terms market structure and LP/consultant reporting expectations.
- Understanding of GIPS and performance measurement methodologies.
- Experience with Statements of Investments (SOI) or track record preparation a plus.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel; strong with large datasets.
- Exposure to SQL Python Snowflake Power BI/Fabric (DAX) preferred or willingness to learn quickly.
Attributes
- Clear communicator able to synthesize analytics effectively.
- High attention to detail; proactive accountable and able to manage competing priorities.
Education
- Bachelors in Accounting Finance or related discipline; CFA/CAIA a plus.
