Compensation:$135000 $150000 base bonus & profit sharing excellent benefits

Overview

A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking a performance and portfolio analytics professional to support its expanding Private Credit platform. This individual will work cross-functionally with Investment Teams Portfolio Management Investor Relations Finance and Operations to deliver high-quality analytics reporting and track record management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance key performance and portfolio metrics across Private Credit strategies.
Conduct portfolio- and strategy-level analyses for internal use LP requests and prospect due diligence.
Prepare and manage the firms Private Credit track record; ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting.
Support recurring and ad-hoc LP consultant and diligence requests.
Uphold data integrity across internal systems workflows and databases; identify areas for process improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

5 years in performance measurement portfolio analytics or investment reporting.
Private credit experience required including familiarity with credit terms market structure and LP/consultant reporting expectations.
Understanding of GIPS and performance measurement methodologies.
Experience with Statements of Investments (SOI) or track record preparation a plus.

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel; strong with large datasets.
Exposure to SQL Python Snowflake Power BI/Fabric (DAX) preferred or willingness to learn quickly.

Attributes

Clear communicator able to synthesize analytics effectively.
High attention to detail; proactive accountable and able to manage competing priorities.

Education

Bachelors in Accounting Finance or related discipline; CFA/CAIA a plus.
