This role offers the exciting opportunity to drive cross-border M&A transactions between Italy and Germany playing a key role in connecting Italian businesses with German investors and private equity funds.

Tasks

Your Role: Lead High-Impact M&A Deals Across Borders

As an M&A Consultant you will be at the forefront of dealmaking coordinating cross-border transactions and navigating the complexities of international business cultures. You will:

Manage full-cycle M&A projects with a focus on Italian-German transactions.
Build trust with entrepreneurs advising them with confidence and integrity.
Generate a pipeline of high-value deals by identifying opportunities in the Italian mid-market.
Conduct in-depth company and market analyses aligning strategies with the needs of German investors.
Coordinate legal commercial and tax experts ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements

Your Profile:

Bilingual fluency in Italian and German (English a strong plus).
