We are a Series B startup with the ambition to become the worlds first and favorite place to buy containers empowering local traders to seamlessly source and resell boxes while serving as the go-to sales channel for original equipment owners and wholesalers.
Our team of 50 like-minded xChangees from a great variety of nationalities has made this possible! We have scaled far beyond the small start-up we once were and continue to disrupt the industry together.
The Role
Your next opportunitywhat youll be doing and how youll make an impact.
As a Sales Executive at Container xChange youll engage in high-volume B2B container sales into the US market and help scale our growth rapidly. Youll manage the full sales cycle build and own a portfolio of buyers and play a key role in transforming container trading globally.
This is a highly transactional full-cycle role where you will grow your buyer portfolio while closing 300 deals per month. You will work with a qualified lead pool of roughly 15000 potential buyers and convert both outbound and inbound demand into closed business.
You will run the entire sales cycle: prospecting outbound calling qualification pricing negotiation and closing. Once buyers are activated 70 to 80 percent of your revenue will come from repeat purchases allowing you to scale your portfolio fast.
Selling into the US market requires strong English skills speed commercial judgment and the ability to operate in a fragmented buyer landscape. Experience working with American customers is highly preferred.

Our headquarters is located in the heart of Hamburg Germany with team members distributed across the globe. This is a hybrid position based in São Paulo Brazil where youll regularly collaborate in person with local colleagues to share ideas and drive customer success while having the flexibility to work from home as well. Since youll be targeting the U.S. market U.S. time zone is required.

In this role you will directly shape the future of container trading by helping us build the distribution channel for the entire industry giving buyers access to a unified global inventory transparent price competition and standardized fulfillment and guarantees. Your work will have a measurable impact on growth customer experience and market expansion.
- Build and manage a portfolio of US buyers and close high volumes of container deals
- Conduct high outbound activity to find and convert demand supported by a strong inbound engine
- Work with fast sales cycles and maintain momentum across hundreds of deals
- Match customer needs with available inventory and negotiate pricing and margins effectively
- Use AI powered sales tool stack to maximize buyer experience and sales to track leads monitor sales performance and gain insights to continuously improve conversion rates

- Are self-sufficient in pipeline generation proactive in outbound activity and confident converting warm leads from our strong inbound engine
- Are comfortable selling to the US B2B market and navigating a fragmented landscape of many smaller customers with frequent repeat purchases
- Communicate clearly negotiate confidently and manage a large pipeline with discipline
- Think entrepreneurial act proactively and stay organized and motivated while handling many fast-moving opportunities
