About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Client Partner with a strong passion for client engagement relationship management and account growth within the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) domain. This role is part of a Diversity Hiring initiative focused on building an inclusive innovative and high-performing client-facing team.

The ideal candidate will support key enterprise accounts drive customer satisfaction and partner closely with delivery and leadership teams to ensure successful execution of technology and business services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior client-facing leaders in managing and growing strategic BFS accounts.
• Assist in driving new opportunities participating in client discussions and supporting proposal creation.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to understand client expectations project scope and ongoing needs.
• Monitor project delivery status ensuring alignment with client requirements and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (delivery talent acquisition operations PMO) to ensure seamless execution of engagements.
• Conduct account research and prepare client-specific presentations trackers and reports.
• Identify areas for account optimization expansion and value-added services.
• Support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives within the account and internal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field.
• 1 4 years of experience in account coordination client services or sales support-preferably in BFS or IT services.
• Strong understanding of Banking & Financial Services processes technology environments and service models.
• Excellent communication relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across distributed and hybrid teams in Atlanta or Ohio.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
• Passionate about diversity professional growth and client success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting large BFS accounts or financial institutions.
• Exposure to IT services digital transformation data solutions or managed services models.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced client-centric environment.
