About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Hunter to drive new business development within the Hi-Tech sector for our Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The ideal candidate will have strong experience selling IT services to technology clients building executive-level relationships and winning new logo accounts in the California market.

This role is focused on aggressive hunting pipeline development and driving revenue growth with mid-market and enterprise technology customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end new logo acquisition and revenue generation across the Hi-Tech client segment.
  • Develop nurture and close opportunities with technology companies in California.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through prospecting networking and market research.
  • Lead client conversations understand business challenges and position relevant IT service offerings.
  • Align with internal delivery solutions and leadership teams to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Drive proposal development RFP responses commercials and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence on Tech industry trends competitors and buying behaviors.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets consistently.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7 12 years of experience in IT services sales preferably within Hi-Tech or Technology verticals.
  • Proven Hunter background with measurable success in winning new logos.
  • Strong relationships within the California technology ecosystem is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and pitch complex IT solutions digital transformation services Cloud Data and Product Engineering.
  • Proven experience engaging C-level VP and Director-level executives.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and client management skills.
  • Highly driven target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling into Hi-Tech companies (software semiconductor networking cloud or product firms).
  • Strong understanding of the California tech market landscape.
  • Experience working with global delivery models.
