About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Client Partner to support and grow Tier 2 accounts within the Energy & Utilities sector. This role combines client relationship management delivery oversight and sales support. The ideal candidate is driven organized and capable of managing day-to-day account operations without needing deep domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Tier 2 Energy & Utility accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders (Director VP CTO CIO levels)
  • Ensure consistent communication project updates and stakeholder alignment

Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee delivery execution across technology and consulting engagements
  • Partner with internal delivery and PMO teams to ensure quality timelines and customer satisfaction
  • Handle escalations and ensure proactive risk mitigation
  • Track project milestones SOW compliance and resource performance

Sales & Account Growth

  • Support senior leadership in identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
  • Assist in proposal development RFP/RFI responses and pricing coordination
  • Drive incremental sales through onsite presence and client engagement
  • Contribute to revenue growth account planning and forecasting

Operational Coordination

  • Manage account governance QBRs and reporting
  • Maintain documentation trackers and dashboards for leadership visibility
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

  • 5 8 years of experience in IT Services Consulting or Account/Engagement Management
  • Experience managing or supporting client accounts within enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of delivery processes (no domain specialization required)
  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Houston
  • Proven ability to support sales cycles and coordinate across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Energy & Utilities accounts (not mandatory)
  • Prior exposure to onsite offshore delivery models
  • Strong problem-solving and escalation management ability
