FIRST TIME TRAVELERS - OK! *BLS ACLS required *SICU exp preferred *Interpretiaton and Mgmt of Dysrhythmias Multi system organ failure. *Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR) Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR) Pre Post Cardiac Cath intervention Pulmonary Artery Line Swan Ganz monitoring *ECMO Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump Sheath Removal Transcatheter Aortic Valve implantation Replacement (TAVI TAVR) preferred. *IV Insulin protocols Chronic Acute Renal failure perferred *CVVHA CRRT required *Arterial line management Blood Product Administration Central line care & management PICC line mgmt startiving IVs. *Continuous IV sedation Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive drips *Assist with management of BiPAP and CPAP Assist with Chest Tube Insertion and Removal Care of Ventilated Patient High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) Interpretation of ABGs Suctioning (ETT NT) Ventilator Management Medical Surgical Cardiac ICU patients: MI CHF cardiac surgeries post cardiac cath LVAD Impella IABP Arctic Sun renal failure CRRT respiratory failure sepsis. Open heart surgical patients AAA repair Vascular surgeries ECMO.
