Job Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Manual Tester

Location: Bangalore India
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and experience in manual testing of Salesforce applications ensuring quality reliability and optimal performance of business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications including functional regression and integration testing.
Develop and execute detailed test plans test cases and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
Identify document and track defects using tools like Jira or similar.
Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers business analysts and project managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of high-quality releases.
Validate Salesforce configurations customizations and integrations.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end-users during the testing phase.
Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying QA best practices and automation opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
5 7 years of experience in manual testing with at least 3 years in Salesforce testing.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in writing and executing test cases and defect management using Jira or equivalent tools.
Solid understanding of SDLC STLC and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Good to Have

Salesforce Admin or QA certification.
Basic knowledge of API testing tools (e.g. Postman).
Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium TestNG) is an advantage.
