Job Summary
Responsible for all IPR related activities via handling following things:
- Mind Partnering with the inventors and converting their inventions into IP (Patents) via filing patent applications filing successful prosecution.
- Identifying competitors weak patents which could be a threat to our business and invalidating the same in particular geography.
- Defending our patents challenged by competition and retaining the grant.
- R&D support: For landscaping FTO literature search techno-legal opinion etc.
- Actively conducting Competitive intelligence and business intelligence and presenting it to senior management.
BEI Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Taking care of speedy prosecution and getting the patent application granted in the shortest possible time in the different geographies of interest to the organization.
Preparing reports for competitive intelligence in the area of interest to organization
Providing effective R&D support by conducting literature search and analysis
