Title: Learning Facilitator
Roles and responsibilities:

To understand the intent of springboard and get trained on Springboard program as a facilitator
-
Partner and facilitate future cohorts for springboard as a trainer for multiple field locations by travelling to different fields and divisional offices.

Partner with programs team for ground level execution of the program wrt to leadership interaction facilities etc.
-
Partnering with business and people support group to design and implement functional onboarding.
-
She In Aftermarket other activities initiatives planning and execution
-
Partner with cross functional teams for Shift conclave execution activities. Leading execution and facilitation of activities
-
BU level coordination with communications team for ShIft related activities
-
Any other Business level initiatives execution
Experiences required:
Overall experience of 5-8 yrs working with a MNC preferably in an OEM or manufacturing industry.

Strong Facilitation Experience
-
Conducting interactive behavioural workshops (e.g. communication leadership teamwork conflict management).
-
Experience using different facilitation methods-experiential learning role plays case studies simulations.
-
Customizing global or corporate frameworks to regional needs.
-
Experience with coaching frameworks (GROW CLEAR etc.)
-
Certifications in coaching (optional but preferred)
-
Working with stakeholders such as HRBPs L&D team and business/ functional leaders.
-
Conducting training needs analysis (TNA).
-
Managing expectations and aligning learning solutions with business goals.
-
Ability to adapt facilitation style for different employee groups
