- Validate and ensure comprehensive backup coverage for the PHE Cloud Infrastructure with a primary focus on HON SaaS assets.
- Process and deliver daily operational tasks including handling service requests and incident management to maintain service continuity.
- Participate in Honeywell led operations meetings to facilitate discussions communicate operational challenges and surface risks or issues for collaborative resolution.
- Maintain compliance with defined service level agreements SLAs and performance metrics ensuring timely closure of service requests and incidents.
- Provide evidence and reporting for monthly milestones including closed service request incident lists and KPISLA reports
