Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Kafka cloud technologies and performance tuning. This role requires the ability to design develop and deliver high-quality enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack Java applications with strong backend focus.
Contribute to database design and data modeling; frontend experience is an added advantage.
Build optimize and deploy microservices-based applications.
Work on event-driven architectures using Kafka.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure software solutions.
Ensure code quality conduct performance tuning and participate in CI/CD pipeline activities.
Utilize cloud platforms (preferably AWS or cloud DB technologies) as part of development and deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Strong expertise in:
- Java Spring Boot (SB) Microservices (MS)
- Kafka and Event-driven Architecture
- CI/CD tools and pipelines
- Performance tuning
Experience working with AWS or any cloud platform (highly desirable).
Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Proven ability to deliver robust enterprise-grade applications.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience working in Captive Centers / Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to cloud technologies and modern development practices.
