Ceridian Dayforce - HRIS Reporting Consultant

Your key responsibilities
- Develop maintain and optimize Dayforce reports and dashboards to support HR Payroll Finance and business leaders.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HRIS modules including Core HR Payroll Benefits Talent and Time & Attendance.
- Support system upgrades configuration changes and new module implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues working closely with Ceridian support when needed.
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes data definitions and system configurations.
- Train members and end-users on Dayforce reporting capabilities and best practices.
- Participate in audits and compliance reporting as required.
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems.
- 3 years of experience in HRIS or HR reporting roles preferably with Dayforce HCM.
- Strong proficiency in SQL data transformation techniques (e.g. Joins Aggregations Grouping etc.) Data Visualization tools and Excel
- Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.
Ideally youll also have
- Experience with Dayforce Data Integration Studio (DIS) or Dashboards Pro
- Experience developing new Dayforce Reporting topics including V2 and V1 (SQL-based) Report Topics
Knowledge of relational database design and management
