Job Summary

Role: Senior Information Security Analyst (Key Personnel)

Location: Tallahassee FL - 32399 (Onsite with Hybrid role)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 7 10 years in cyber risk compliance or information security
Experience performing NIST CSF / NIST 800-53 assessments
CISSP or CISA highly preferred (Security acceptable minimum)
Experience developing SSPs categorization packages and audit documentation

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform NIST-aligned risk assessments system categorizations and control evaluations.
Develop update and validate System Security Plans (SSPs) risk assessment reports and related artifacts.
Review DEP systems processes and documentation to identify security gaps and improvement areas.
Provide remediation strategies and assist DEP in prioritizing risk reduction activities.
Validate inventory accuracy (systems applications data flows) and align with NIST RMF requirements.
Prepare audit-ready deliverables for internal and external reviews.
Interpret and apply Florida Cybersecurity Act requirements and 60GG rule compliance.

Knowledge & Skills:

Strong understanding of NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5 NIST CSF RMF
Experience with HIPAA FERPA PII and CJIS compliance
Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations
